Grievance Redressal

For better customer service and satisfaction of the bank’s customer, following Grievance Redressal Mechanism has been devised.

1st Complaint Redressal Authority Incharge/Officer of concerned section to which complaint relates. (immediate on occurrence of grievance)
2nd Complaint Redressal Authority Branch Manager of the branch having complaint book (15 days complaint redressal period)
3rd Complaint Redressal Authority Nodal officer, camped at Head office, Dalhousie Road, Pathankot (30 days redressal period for Nodal Officer)

Customers and Public may feel free to approach the following on any of their grievances / suggestions on account of our service, procedures, and delays, if any. They may also give such suggestions / grievances in writing to the Branch Manager or Modal Officer. If the grievances are not redressed within reasonable time, they may contact or write to our Nodal officer at Head-office. The full address and phone numbers are as follows:
