1st Complaint Redressal Authority | Incharge/Officer of concerned section to which complaint relates. (immediate on occurrence of grievance) |
2nd Complaint Redressal Authority | Branch Manager of the branch having complaint book (15 days complaint redressal period) |
3rd Complaint Redressal Authority | Nodal officer, camped at Head office, Dalhousie Road, Pathankot (30 days redressal period for Nodal Officer) |
Customers and Public may feel free to approach the following on any of their grievances / suggestions on account of our service, procedures, and delays, if any. They may also give such suggestions / grievances in writing to the Branch Manager or Modal Officer.
