Service Charges

Service Charges w.e.f. 01-04-2016:

Deposit Section :-

1. Ledger Folio Charges :-
Rs. 75/- per page + GST

2. Cheque Book Charges :-

One cheque book in saving bank account in a quarter is free of cost. Second cheque book in Saving Bank accounts can be issued after expiry of 90 days. Cheque Book charges Rs. 2.50/- per leaf + GST in other accounts to be collected from the customers. Before the period of 90 days saving cheque book can be isued with cheque book charges and minimum balance of Rs. 2000/- is to be maintained by the customer..

3. Cheque Return Charges : –

Cheque return charges at the rate of Rs. 150/- per cheque + GST on return of cheque.

4. Stop Payment Charges : –

Rs. 150/- per cheque in the stop payment of cheque + GST

5. Duplicate Pass Book Charges :-

Rs. 100/- on Duplicate pass Book + GST

6. Out Station Bills Collection Charges :-

7. Pay Order Charges

• Upto Rs. 10000/- Rs.100/- + GST
• Above Rs. 10000/- Minimum Rs. 150/- or Rs. 1.50 per thousand + GST
  – i) Revalidation of Pay Order/draft Charges Rs. 100/- + GST
  – ii) Cancellation of Pay Order/ draft Charges Rs. 100/- + GST

8. Bank Builty Charges
Rs. 50/- per thousand + Postage + GST

9. Call Deposit Charges
Rs. 500/- per CDR + GST

10. Reactivation of Dormant
Rs. 100/- shall be charged on reactivation of Dormant account

11. Issue of Certificate :-
Rs. 100/- is fixed for issue of following certificates

• i) Attestation of Customer signature
• ii) Certificate of balance in the account
• iii No objection certificates
• iv) Cheque status certificates
• v) Address proof & confirmation of account

12. Solvency /Credit Worthiness Certificate :-

i)	Upto Rs. 1 Lac	Rs. 500/- + GST
ii)	Rs. 1 Lac to 5 Lac	Rs. 1500/- + GST
iii)	Upto Rs. 5 Lac to 10 Lac	Rs. 2500/- + GST
iv)	Rs. 10 Lac to 25 Lac	Rs. 3000/- + GST
v)	Upto Rs. 25 to 50 Lac	Rs. 6000/- + GST
vi)	Rs. 50 Lac to 1 Crore	Rs. 10000/- + GST
vii)	Above 1 Crore	Rs. 15000/- + GST

13. Bank Guarantee :-
Rs. 20/- per thousand minimum Rs. 500/- to be charged annually + GST

14. Loss of Safe Deposit’s Locker Key
Breakage expenses + Rs. 500/- bank charges + GST

15. Interest Certificate :-
First free, extra copy Rs. 100/- per certificate

16. ATM Charges :-
Demand of new password on account of forgotten password by the customer Rs. 200/- + GST

17. Duplicate ATM Card :-
Rs. 150/- + GST

18. Annual Service or Maintenance :-
Rs. 125/- shall be charged & debited to the respestive account of the ATM card holder in the month of March at the close of financial year

19. RTGS Charges :-

i)	Upto Rs. 1 Lac	Rs. 10/- + GST
ii)	Rs. 1 Lac to 2 Lac	Rs. 15/- + GST
iii)	Above Rs. 2 Lac to Below 5 Lac	Rs. 25/- + GST
iv)	Rs. 5 Lac & Above	Rs. 50/- + GST

20. Service Charges :-
Quartely Rs. 50/- on Current Account & Cash Credit to Members

21. Locker Charges :-

i)	Small Locker Charges	Rs. 700/- + GST
ii)	Medium Locker Charges	Rs. 1500/- + GST
iii)	Big Locker Charges	Rs. 2500/- + GST
iv)	Extra Large Locker Charges	Rs. 3000/- + GST

Loan Section
Appraisal Charges on Fresh Advances :-
0.75% of the advances and maximum of Rs. 40000/-

Visiting Charges for Physical Verification of Stock :-

i)	Upto Rs. 10 Lac	Rs. 750/- + GST
ii)	Rs. 10 Lac to 25 Lac	Rs. 1500/- + GST
iii)	Above Rs. 25 Lac to 100 Lac	Rs. 2000/- + GST
iv)	Above Rs. 100 Lac to onwards	Rs. 3000/- + GST

Non-Submission of Stock Statement :-

i)	Upto Rs. 25 Lac	Rs. 500/- + GST
iii)	Above Rs. 25 Lac to 100 Lac	Rs. 1000/- + GST
iv)	Above Rs. 100 Lac	Rs. 1500/- + GST

Renewal Charges :-

i)	Upto Rs. 25 Lac	Rs. 500/- + GST

D.D. Charges :-
