Unclaimed Deposits

* Please visit the branch with written request in person for activation / closure of the account.

* When you visit the branch, please carry the copies of latest valid KYC documents (applicable Identity proof & Address proof documents) & Photograph of each holder / signatory along with originals for verification.

* Original Term Deposit Receipt / Passbook to be submitted at the time of request.

Note:

* If the account holder is not alive, the claimant is requested to get in touch with the concerned branch to ascertain claim procedure or alternatively to know about the procedure for claiming deposits standing in the name of deceased person.

* The Bank will reserve its right to pay the amount unless it satisfies with identity / genuineness of the claimant.
